To determine and classify the extent of the damage after an incident, categorise related costs of repairs and establish a possible cause of the incidence. This survey is usually in collaboration with the insurance companies and underwriters.

Pre-Sale Market Survey |
A survey completed before the vessel is placed on the market to ensure the seller is fully aware of any problems that the yachts has, including minor ones. The seller then has the opportunity to correct any problems so as to maximize the asking price. A comparison will also be made with vessels of a similar size and standing on the market to ensure the asking price falls within the current market pricing bracket.

This is an office-based value estimation of the yacht. This is based upon; our extensive knowledge of the industry, our expertise that comes from our other consultancy activities, the track record of the yacht and the current market status for yacht sales.
Often asked for by an owner that is considering to sale their yacht, in order that the right asking price is established, both from the owner's point of view and for attracting potential buyers.

Short Inspection Report |
The first step for a potential buyer that has a serious interest to purchase. It's a brief-report about the general condition of the particular yacht in question, covering important aspects from the buyer's point of view.
The Short Inspection Report can save the potential buyer a lot of time and money by quickly identifying key issues, which are relevant to the buyer's criteria.

Valuation Survey |
An evaluation of the general condition of the vessel and the market at that point. This is a standard request made by financial institutions before entering into either a lease scheme or marine mortgage; also used by insurance companies prior to them insuring the yacht.
